Departed Chicago O'Hare for Amsterdam. We leave a little late, but not atrocious. Confronted with a wholly unimpressive North America to Scandinavia Route movie selection, I opted to watch There Will Be Blood which I had luckily downloaded to my iPod Nano. But I paid the price for my rebellion, having to hold my Nano between by thumb and index finger for 158 minutes. But it was good. And I didn't sleep much.
